Windows vista can be made to look even better by using custom boot screens.. Here is the trick 1)Navigate to c:\windowssystem32\en-US 2)Open the properties of the file winload.exe.mui in that folder and click on the security tab and choose advanced to set the ownership to “Users” 3)Now copy the chosen bootscreen from the package and replace it with the one in the system32\en-US folder(you can get awesome boot screens here) 4)Now type msconfig into the start menu search box, and hit enter. 5)Choose the boot tab and enable No GUI Boot 6)Quit msconfig and reboot your computer..
